3Roms has a library of emulators that you can download (46 to be exact). We have the latest emulator games and always updating 3ROMs with new ROMs and emulators to make sure you keep coming back to us.
What is a ROM?
ROM is an abbreviation for Read Only Memory; it is a type of storage for media used by computers and other electronic devises.
What is an Emulator?
An emulator is a duplication (or emulation) of the functions of a system. To make sense of this it is a copy or imitation of the way the original program or devise worked. In the case of 3ROMs our emulators will work just like the original Nintendo 64 (N64) for example and all the original Nintendo games can be played on it from your computer or electronic devise.

The most fun games to play on your emulator software are Super Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, Dragon Warrior, Final Fantasy, and all the popular games that Nintendo has built their franchise off of. The majority of the top Nintendo ROMs are RPG and strategy games. These games provide the most entertainment and have a loyal fan base. They are also very simple to pickup and some are hard to find on the console version (such as SNES classic Chrono Trigger) and action packed Metal Slug. If you have any ROMs that you want added register an account and request a ROM.

Please remember that 3roms works better under Mozilla Firefox.
When you want to complete a survey, Internet Explorer opens them in a new window, therefore the information may not be linked back to the main site and you won't have access to the downloads.
Many users have had this problem and have also fixed it by using Mozilla Firefox, it is a better and faster alternative to Internet Explorer.

Good day 3roms users.
As some of you have noticed, we have new advertisements on the site, asking you to fill a quick survey before downloading roms. Once you do this, the site will be unlocked forever and won't need to fill any more surveys.
This does not apply in all countries. If you are outside USA/Canada/UK/Australia you should be fine.
These surveys need to be filled with real information (Name, email, etc) or else you will not be given credit for it and won't have access to the site.
I know it seems annoying to do this but I must encourage you to fill them those whom are being prompted, we are doing this so we could earn a little bit more money and offer you a better service, like daily updates and a larger collection of games, we can also improve our bandwidth and give you faster download speeds. This is all for your own benefit.
If you have any problems or questions, feel free to send us an email to support@3roms.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

I have removed two of the older popups and replaced them with a less forcefull pop under. I have also set an interval on this so you will not be hassled as much while browsing.
There was also some problem with the tables in the database which lead to 30 minutes of downtime. This has now been fixed.
